    City has duty to prevent sewer nuisance/trespass.

    City of Gary v. Shafer, 683 F. Supp. 2d 836, 840 (N.D. Ind. 2010) .Defendant must cause contamination to be liable under state and federal law.

    McCormick v. Kissel, 458 F. Supp. 2d 944, 945 (S.D. Ind. 2006). Child of Tennant has standing to sue Landlord under the RLPHRA for lead paint poisoning.

    Riverside Corporate Development, Indianapolis (remediated City Sanitation Yard); For which we were awarded the Governor Brownfield Award.

    Marion, Indiana Ghost Hotel I-69/Loves Travel Stop (redeveloped Stigmatized Waste Dump).

    Avon, Indiana Redeveloped Former Dump into Community Park with Brownfields Low Interest Loan.

    Fort Ben State Park, Indianapolis, helped lead the IDEM develop significant portions of the former Army Base into a State Park
