After a nauseating experience with the dealership and their failure to resolve a reoccurring issue I was informed that lemon law may apply.
I went on the internet and did a search, after a few calls I came across the Lemon law group, after a brief discussion of the facts a retainer was sent to me, a case manager (Randy Dunbar) was assigned to my case, thank you Sir for how you oversaw this case. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this team as they are all constant professionals who are great at what they do, great communication all around, diligent in gathering information needed, ensured I was informed of options the entire process.
To sum it up, my car was repaired and I received a cash settlement which surpassed what I had expected. I highly recommend this firm for services.

I had a great experience with Lemon Law Group Partners. My case manager Mr. Dunbar was thorough and quick to respond to my concerns. I was also given attentive assurance and responses by Mr. Winston (Steve) when I had my concerns about the timeline. The process is lengthy, but the firm lays out the steps in the retainer agreement. Patience is necessary and they will work to give you a favorable outcome.

Maria Hannah was very helpful in my case with my vehicle. She was always responsive and to the point. I am very pleased with the work that she has done and had completed on my case. If there is anyone out there that is working full-time plus hours and you buy a new vehicle with all the perks that you bought with the vehicle, that don't work properly , and your spending time you don't have to be sure those repairs are done, and you want compensated for that time lost, this is the one you need to sign up with. If there are more than 5 stars I could give, she would get them. She is for the client, 100%!!! Thank you Maria Hannah for a job well done!!!!

We had a great experience with Lemon Law Group. I leased a new car in 2020 and it was nothing but problems. For over two years I tried to work it out directly with the dealership and then with corporate, but with no progress. Can not recommend them enough. After having my first option tell me that I had to wait longer until I could take action, these guys took the same information and took immediate action. The entire process was so easy and they communicated with me quickly and were there to answer all my questions. With patience, I was able to get the settlement for GM to buy back my problematic C8 Corvette, for which I paid the outrageous premium that all consumers are feeling right now. Again, extremely professional group of individuals and I can not recommend them enough if you need experts to win for you.

Lemon Law group was great with my case. They helped walk me through the process and made it all easy for me. Loved that they had my best interest in mind even when i wanted a different outcome they explained why it was bot in my best interest to go that route but at the same time did not pressure me to do so. Their communication was excellent and ended up settling my case for more than what i expected in a quick time frame as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone having to face car manufacturing giants. I am very happy with the outcome and their work.

This review is for the business only, NOT the result I got.
I worked with Maria Hanna and she was very courteous and professional. The five stars are for her. She did her best and I very much appreciate that.
Unfortunately the result wasn't what I hoped for, but that's what happens when you try to hold a big car company accountable for the defective vehicles that they sell.
I am grateful the Lemon Law Group, just wish more could have been done to resolve the issues with my car (which still isn't fixed). *Sigh*

Main points to consider:
1. Make sure the firm does what they say they’ll do without causing delays for you and your case resolution.
2. Document every encounter with every individual from beginning to end.
3. Make sure to plan accordingly for potential out of pocket fees, as all is not what it seems in the end.
Initially I would say this firm is fantastic and an awesome value, however, after it was all said and done I ended up owing them $750 in fees because the manufacture of my defective vehicle put a cap on the amount of attorneys fees they’d pay. I don’t think the burden of paying the difference should have been placed on me because when I did my intake, I was assured that I wouldn’t have to pay a dime, and that all fees would be paid by the manufacture in full. When I reminded them of this, I was threatened with the potential of my case being delayed regarding settlement....as I had already gone through so many obstacles, a delay in resolution was not an option. While the firm did work with me in making arrangements without delaying the process, the fact remains that I still have to pay when I was promised, after inquiring several times about it before hiring them, that I would not pay a cent.
Please do your due diligence folks before embarking down this road. Make sure you ask questions, take notes, take names of everyone you’ve talked with throughout the process from beginning to end, and get it in writing that ALL fees will be in fact be covered by the firm going after the manufacture and not leaving the difference in balance to your responsibility should a settlement be reached.
Maria Hannah, my case manager, was an absolute pleasure and an amazing individual in assisting me throughout this ordeal; I’m grateful for her diligence in making sure this was settled amicably and quickly. I can’t fault her in any of the discrepancies I encountered, as the decisions regarding fees was beyond her scope of management. Maria was great, the firm needs to do better with communicating potential outcomes and fee responsibilities during the intake process as to better prepare individuals with planning.

I am very pleased with the service I received with lemon law group. They were professional and quickly responded to all my emails. From start to end. Jeff was the initial person to register me , and Maria Hannah was the case manager. The process took a little less than 3 months. They were checking in on me frequently and responded to every email promptly. If you have any problems with a new vehicle, stop wasting your time at the dealership because they will give you the run around . Contact Lemon Law Group and they will work for you. Mine was a cash and keys with a great settlement.

The Lemon Law Group did a great job take care of my lemon law case. The process went smoothly and was done in 3 months. One thing to keep in mind is that there will be periods of time where there will be no responses/emails and that is to be expected because responses from the carmaker's lawyers take time. If you keep that in mind and not rush the process the less stressful it will be. The Lemon Law Group staff was very responsive to emails and calls as well.

I found this firm through Google search. Had an issue with car recently purchased in January 2020 with passenger airbag light. Within first contact I received emails, phone calls and follow up from Ada Brown and her team. They handles my claim and we received a settlement within 2 months from the manufacturer based on the specifics of my case. My experience was great throughout the whole process in which Lemon Law Group Partners handled my claim. It started by prompt communication with a phone call after submitting initial contact online. I contacted Lemon Law Group, at which time I was not even sure if I had a case. After a brief conversation with an associate at Lemon Law Group, I was assured I had a case which could be pursued. The legal team did all the work and they negotiated a very good settlement, and worked out the repairs, with the manufacturer. It never hurts to make a call, you may have a case which will allow you to get the wrong, corrected.

They made getting my settlement easy! They took care of all communication with the vehicle company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They helped me receive the maximum amount even though they got paid the same amount whatever i was offered. They didn't try to convince me to take a lower offer so they could do less work and make the same amount. Very impressed with all the employees I was in contact with. Highly recommend!
