Meet Stephen

Stephen Murray brings nearly a decade of civil litigation experience to Lemon Law Group Partners, where he represents consumers with defective vehicle and breach of warranty claims.

Before moving to the consumer side, Stephen spent seven years in Chicago defending insurers in civil litigation – experience that gives him a working knowledge of how manufacturers and their counsel evaluate, defend and settle claims. He later founded a multi-state legal consulting group handling pre-litigation and litigation matters across California, Florida, Illinois, Georgia, Texas and New York.

Stephen has secured favorable outcomes for clients throughout Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri and is known for meticulous case preparation and documenting the full impact a defective product has on the person who bought it. He is committed to pursuing the full recovery available to his clients under their state’s lemon law and applicable warranty statutes.
