Meet Matthew

Licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, Matthew Foster brings a diverse legal background, practical insight, and effective advocacy to Lemon Law Group Partners. His experience in both the courthouse and private practice gives him a well-rounded perspective, which he applies to representing consumers in complex disputes.

He began his legal career as a law clerk, working closely with judges presiding over civil, family, and criminal matters. That role gave him experience in legal research, motion practice, trial proceedings, and judicial decision-making. Following his clerkship, Matthew joined one of Connecticut’s largest law firms as an associate attorney, concentrating in real estate law while also representing clients in probate and bankruptcy matters.

Drawing on his broad legal background and courtroom experience, Matthew is now committed to protecting consumers’ rights and helping clients navigate challenging legal issues involving defective vehicles and breach of warranty claims.
