Hyundai is recalling 122,919 model-year 2020-2021 Palisade vehicles. The windshield wiper motor may become inoperative, causing the wipers to fail. Windshield wiper failure can reduce the driver’s visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on October 14, 2022. Owners may contact Hyundai customer service at 855-371-9460 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle safety hotline at 888-327-4236 to learn more.
The remedy is currently under development.
